Aga Furtak - Hypnotherapist, Energy Healear/Reiki Master and Founder of Balance Lab

Agnieszka (Aga) Furtak, BA, is a certified hypnotist & hypnosis teacher by National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH), Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique Practitioner (QHHT), is a Master Healer trained in a Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition. Since 2012, having worked with thousands of clients, Ms. Furtak developed her own holistic, integrative trauma healing modalities, including regression techniques; in order to effectively take hypnosis subjects beyond their past life memories and trauma, to a more meaningful soul experience.

Ms Furtak’s path toward self-realization began with meditation. Learning Vipassana technique and practicing daily, allowed for the old subconscious patterns of the mind to be brought to the surface and transformed into new, harmonious arrangements. Along with emotional healing and activating the subtle body, came a passion for therapy and studying the nuanced aspects of the psyche.

Ms. Furtak work is a synthesis of Eastern Healing Traditions and modalities, as well as hynotherapy, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), neuromodulation, Jungian Archetypal Psychology Principles, dream work and elements of shamanism. Trauma healing techniques are based on principles that there is a somatic address of every difficult/traumatic event and by pointing to where you feel it (in the body), you can learn how to safely "re-file" your adverse childhood or/and life experiences.

Balance Lab was born in 2013 as a result of Aga's personal quest for answers to her existential pain and ultimately healing herself emotionally & mentally. Utilizing meditation (Vipassana based practice), yoga, pranayama, hypnotherapy and neuroscience principles, Aga liberated herself from the matrix of physical reality principles and entered a space of inner unlimitedness, freedom, expansion and bliss.

After few years of regular daily meditations (at least 2h a day), yoga, pranayama (breath work) fastings and regularly using other healing modalities, I transformed myself into a powerful, fearless being with a passion for holistic yet science based trauma therapies.
