How to Relax Your Brain or Calm Down?

  1. Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness involves focusing your attention on the present moment without judgment. This can be achieved through activities like deep breathing, meditation, or yoga.

  2. Exercise: Exercise is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety. It releases endorphins, which are natural mood-boosters.

  3. Get enough sleep: Getting adequate sleep is essential for a healthy mind and body. Lack of sleep can lead to increased stress and anxiety.

  4. Take a break: Sometimes, taking a break from work or any stressful activity can help clear your mind and reduce stress.

  5. Listen to music: Music has a calming effect on the mind and can help reduce stress and anxiety.

  6. Practice deep breathing: Deep breathing is a simple yet effective way to calm down your mind and reduce stress.

  7. Spend time in nature: Spending time in nature can help you relax and reduce stress. It also has a calming effect on the mind.

  8. Read a book: Reading can be a great way to relax your mind and escape from the stresses of daily life.

  9. Fasting. Water fast is a very effective way to calm your mind. Skip food one day a week for 24h-36h, the results will be quick and lasting.

  10. Resolve your past trauma. If you have emotional fluctuations and unstable mood, hard time focusing and accomplishing your goals, you are most likely harboring suppressed emotions from unresolved personal events.

  11. Remove sugar and processed foods from your menu. Eat clean organic diet. Practice intermittent fasting.

  12. Reduce or quit alcohol.

  13. Take quality supplements for your nervous system. Some examples include: Vit D3 + K2, nutritional yeast, NAC, magnesium.
