Why is Grounding and Chakra Balancing More Important Then Your Morning Coffee?
Grounding is easy and fun, when you are spending time in nature! All you need to do is walk barefoot on surfaces like:
*Sand ( are you frequently going to the beach? )
*Grass (preferably moist)
*Concrete and brick (as long as it’s not painted or sealed)
But why is it so important?? This simple act of barefoot walking, transfers free electrons from the Earth’s surface into your body that spread throughout your tissues. Also, grounding has been shown to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, improve sleep, enhance well-being and much more. The effect is sufficient to maintain your body at the same negatively charged electrical potential as the Earth. This simple process is called ‘grounding,’ and its effect is one of the most potent antioxidants we know of. At this time of acceleration, it is especially important to stay connected to the Earth frequency (also called Schumann Resonance, which is an Earth natural heartbeat rhythm).
The Ancient Indian Rishis called 7.83 Hz the frequency of OM. According to Wikipedia, “Schumann resonances are global electromagnetic resonances, excited by lightning discharges in the cavity formed by the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere.”
For many years this resonance frequency has hovered at a steady 7.83 Hz, with only slight variations. In June 2014 that has changed. Monitors at the Russian Space Observing System showed a sudden spike in activity to around 8.5 Hz. Since then, they have recorded days where the Schumann accelerated as fast as 16.5. Is the Earth’s frequency speeding up? Since the Schumann frequency is said to be “in tune” with the human brain’s alpha and theta states, this acceleration may be why it often feels like time has sped up and events and changes in our life are happening more rapidly. These emerging resonances are naturally correlated to human brainwave activity. So this means, we are being affected by this rapid change in Earth magnetic field. Scientist’s report that the Earth’s magnetic field, which can affect the Schumann Resonance, has been slowly weakening for the past 2,000 years and even more so in the last few years.
For those of us living in the city, not always able to walk barefoot for few minutes a day, I recommend a plant based diet (to a degree that is comfortable for you, with raw foods included), touching and hugging trees, working with crystals and balancing your chakras every single day upon waking up. Here are the instructions (also, watch a video above) :
Before you get out of bed every morning, let your mind pick a direction (left or right). Then visualize submerging yourself in the energy cloud starting from below your feet. Visualize the light brown color from your feet to your thighs. Then spin the chakra in the direction chosen intuitively by your mind. Keep the same direction for each chakra. Moving upward;
Root chakra - base of your spine - pale red Sacral/Spleen (pelvis area) chakra - pale orange Solar Plexus chakra (stomach and abdominal area) - pale yellow Heart chakra (heart center/chest area) - pale green Throat charka - ice blue Brow chakra/Third Eye - royal blue Crown chakra - pale violet
Once you do that, visualize a "T" bar between your eyebrows: a cross, letter T or an ankh. Make sure to straighten the T bar to balance left and right side of your brain. I also put hands on my heart center and create an intention for myself. It good to start by saying: I'm open to receiving....(voice whatever it is your are opening to receive in your life). I use the same intent until it is fulfilled.
I send you a great love and support for your growth.
